Hello, I’m Sarah Philippkowski (she/her), a registered psychologist working with adolescents and adults across Perth, Western Australia, and online. I am registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a member of Australian Association of Psychologists Incorporated, providing personalised, evidence-based psychological support in a warm and compassionate environment.
I work with individuals experiencing challenges such as ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD and emotional overwhelm, with an approach thoughtfully tailored to each person’s unique needs and experiences. I have a particular interest in trauma-informed therapy and enjoy integrating approaches such as EMDR and DBT skills to support emotional regulation, self-understanding and meaningful change.
Creating a space where you feel safe, understood and genuinely supported is at the heart of my work. I aim to provide therapy that is collaborative, non-judgmental and grounded in empathy, helping clients navigate both simple and complex life challenges with greater clarity, confidence and self-compassion.
I believe that with the right support, people can develop a deeper understanding of themselves, strengthen their coping skills and move toward a more connected and fulfilling life.
If you feel I may be the right fit for you, I welcome you to get in touch to arrange an appointment.
Please note: I am unable to provide a crisis service. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or call 000 in an emergency.
