Hello, I’m Sarah Philippkowski (she/her), a registered psychologist working with adolescents and adults across Perth, Western Australia, and online.
I provide warm, collaborative and evidence-based therapy tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, with a strong focus on creating a space where clients feel safe, understood and genuinely supported.
I have experience supporting individuals across a broad range of mental health challenges, including:
I have a particular interest in working with adolescents, adults and parents navigating ADHD, emotional overwhelm and the impacts of trauma. I consider it a privilege to support clients in developing greater self-understanding, emotional regulation and self-compassion, while recognising and embracing their individual strengths.

I have also held a strong interest in reducing stigma surrounding sensitive mental health experiences, both within the broader community and the mental health field itself.
My preferred therapeutic approaches include:
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, respectful and tailored to the individual. Whether someone is navigating a recent challenge or longstanding difficulties, I aim to support clients with sincerity, compassion and practical evidence-based care.
