Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it is important that you feel safe, supported and informed throughout the process. I aim to create a collaborative and compassionate space where we can work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Below you will find information about appointments, fees, rebates and what to expect when working together.
To get started, simply click the “Request Appointment” button below and complete the booking form. Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing your new client forms to complete prior to your first session, along with access to your secure client portal. The client portal can be used to manage appointments, reschedule sessions and view invoices.
This initial session is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your current situation, and explore how I can support you. We may talk about what has brought you to therapy, your current challenges, relevant background information and any goals you may have for therapy. There is no expectation to share everything immediately, and we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
As therapy progresses, we will continue to build a deeper understanding of your experiences, challenges and strengths. At times, I may ask additional questions or recommend relevant assessments to help guide our work together.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will develop an approach tailored to your individual needs, goals and pace. My aim is to support you in developing greater self-understanding, emotional wellbeing and practical strategies for meaningful and lasting change.
